Overview
This training is designed to provide the understanding about workplace safety to company and employees to prevent accidents, work-related hazards and diseases and to comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH Act 1994 Act 514) for workers in the office. It is important for a company to create a comfortable working environment so that workers feel less exhausted and mentally stress at workplace due to long hours working.
The awareness on the importance of managing safety at work will create a comfortable working environment, update their knowledge and skills needed to do their work safely and avoid creating hazards that could place themselves or others at risk. The participants will also learn how to identify, report, and control the crisis when its happened.
Objectives
Upon completion of this programme, the participants will be able to:
- Understand about the requirements of the law and regulations in safety and health.
- The principles and knowledge of safety and health and how to ensure that they are safe.
- Basic management on the safety and health.
- Do monitoring and assessment on the Hazard Identification.
- Identifying the severity of incident and accident.
