Q3 Management Solutions Wins Triple Recognition at TalentCorp’s LIFE AT WORK Awards (LAWA) 2025
We are delighted to mark a meaningful achievement as Q3 Management Solutions (Q3Solutions) receives recognition at the LIFE AT WORK Awards LAWA 2025, organised by TalentCorp Malaysia Berhad.
This recognition is meaningful to us because LAWA goes beyond policies on paper. The winner of this award will be decided based on the number of award categories an organisation has won/participated in for LIFE AT WORK Awards 2025. Organisations are encouraged to enroll in as many award categories that are relevant to their organisation’s initatives. - Young Graduates
This award recognises organisations that demonstrate outstanding commitment to nurturing fresh and young graduates (employees with two years or less of working experience). It celebrates exemplary efforts in providing structured mentoring programmes and clearly defined career development pathways. The award also acknowledges initiatives that are scalable, sustainable, and effective in retaining young talent within the organisation. - Workplace Innovation
This award recognises organisations that have transformed their work environments through innovative approaches to workplace design, culture, and flexibility. It celebrates initiatives that foster inclusivity, agility, and collaboration across diverse employee needs, including multi-generational workforces. Honourees in this category demonstrate the effective use of data-driven solutions and creative strategies to enhance both physical and digital workspaces, support flexible and hybrid work models, and promote sustainable work-life balance.
The awards ceremony, held at Shangri-La Hotel, made the moment even more special, surrounded by organisations across Malaysia who are also raising the bar for workplace practices and talent development.
